Slow Cooker Pork Chops for tonight or soon
6-8 boneless pork chops
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice or Sunny D
¼ cup soy sauce
1 T ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 T Dijon mustard
Stir ingredients together and pour over chops. Slow cook on low for 6 hours or 4 hours on high. If you are gone 8-10 hours during the day, I would suggest making them in the evening and just eat them as leftovers so they don't burn or get too dried up. Four hours on high is just about perfect.
Serve with noodles and veggies or salad.
Really good flavor sauce to put on noodles or rice.
This is a forgiving recipe—you don’t need to measure exactly. Just be SURE you don’t get too much soy sauce or they’ll be very salty.
